Joanne began in real estate over 25 years ago in various capacities but most importantly as an agent adapting to an ever-changing real estate market over the years. She soon recognized the necessity of skillful negotiations and effective marketing in a transaction; but it was also evident that clients needed regular communication with their agent-even when there was nothing new to report.
Early on she realized that attention to details in-depth follow through and knowing the contract and paperwork were critical ways to serve her clients. And to better serve her clients she also took training to receive a Staging designation.
A real estate transaction is a fascinating mix of people each with their unique perspective and input. And since this is Joanne's favorite part of her business she is committed to working her hardest to create excellent results.
